Yes, credits earned at Northeastern can often be transferred to other accredited universities, but this depends on several key factors. For courses taken at recognised universities, Northeastern offers transfer credit as long as you received a C or above (usually a 2.0/4.0 or above). A Northeastern undergraduate degree may be earned with a maximum of 80 semester credits from two- or four-year universities, or almost half of a 120-credit degree. For detailed information on course transfer, refer to the official website of Northeastern University.

An MBBS degree from Uzbekistan is valid in India, but the graduate students are required to pass the National Exit Test (NEXT) and this exam is going to replace the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) as the licensing exam for all the medical graduates which includes those from international universities. The National Medical Commission (NMC) of Indian has recognised MBBS degrees pursued in Uzbekistan and WHO also recognizes these degrees and the university should also be included in the NMC's list of foreign medical institutions.

Whether you wish to pursue an interior design in India or abroad is totally up to your preferences and budget. International universities often offer better learning as well as job opportunities in such niche fields. Also, in today's extremely competitive job market, having a degree in Interior Design from a top/reputated college abroad will elevate your portfolio a lot and will help you stand out among the other candidates. However, it can burn a hole in your pocket. To balance it out, it is often advised that you should pursue a bachelor's degree in India and then go for higher studies abroad.
