1. For paper-1 (Primary stage) : Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed).

For paper-2 (Elementary stage) : Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed (Special Education) or Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) or Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed). So from above, Apart from Graduation the B.Ed. , B. El. Ed or 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education are mandatory here for CTET. Further there is no upper age limit for CTET exam. Hence you are not eligible.
