There is a lot of scope of career opportunities after completing a Degree in Arts & Science on comparing to B.E/ B.Tech. Courses. Pay also depends upon what career you opt for, Where you get, What you do in it. Might be starting is little less, but in future, it will pick up if you work hard.

You can pursue MBA (Marketing Management) after your Degree in Marketing Management mere leads to a narrowed down scope only in marketing but MBA gives you a wide range of career opportunities in future.

To study in Germany, yes there is a criteria. I am afraid that 55% is too low. You are expected to have at least 68% or so. Additionally, for an MBA, you must have around 3 years of professional experience, you must also take the GMAT and the IELTS. So, you are not quite ready for an MBA in Germany yet.
