Step 1: Online Application

Aspirants need to apply online for the respective course  Candidates need to pay an application fee to apply for admission.

Step 2: Selection Rounds

DIT University will shortlist candidates based on their merit or entrance exam scores. DIT also conducts DUET for shortlisting aspirants for MPharm, M.Tech and PhD courses. Candidates also have to undergo counselling for a few courses. However, for PhD who have a valid score GATE / SET / SLET will be selected based on PI. Additionally, candidates who do not have any of the scores mentioned above need to sit and appear for merit-based counselling on DUET followed by PI.

Step 3: Counselling, Document Verification & Final Admission

Candidates are called for the counselling round and document verification, post selections.

Shivalik College of Engineering Dehradun admits students based on a college-level entrance exam called Shivalik Entrance Test. Below are the common documents required at the time of application:

3. Diploma Marksheets/ Diploma ( for BTech Lateral Entry)
4. Transfer Certificate (Original)
5. Migration Certificate (Original)
6. Character Certificate (Original)
7. Medical Fitness Certificate (Original)
8. Four passport size photographs
9. Gap Year Affidavit/ Certificate (if Applicable)
10. Domicile Certificate
11. Affidavit for Anti-Ragging (student & Guardian)
12. Cast Certificate (SC/ST/OBC) (If Applicable)
13. Aadhar card
14. Photocopy of Score Card (National Level Entrance Exam) (if applicable)

16. In case of TFW scheme of UTU for Counselling seats, Uttarakhand Income Certificate (Original)
