While there are lot of certification programs/courses available in HR, however, which course can add the maximum value would depend on what kind of role you are involved in & what kind of role you aspire for. There are different certification programs for Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, R&R, T&D, HR Analytics etc. All of them add value for sure however which one will add the maximum value will depend on your career aspirations. By the way, Book my training has quite a few certification programs listed. You may want to explore them. Also, go for a certification to learn a new skills & not for the certificate. Certificates

They did not mention specific names. But the Admission Policy for NIT students is :
Students who are enrolled under National Institute of Technology will have to score a CGPA (cumulative grade point average) of 8 by the end of their third year (6th Semester) of the B.Tech programme will be able to sit for an interview round, which will be the deciding factor for admission into the Ph.D. course. Shortlisted students will be capable to take admission in Ph.D. directly without appearing for GATE exam. The minimum marks required to take admission in SPA Delhi is 50% for SC category candidate and 60% for open category candidate. NATA stands for National Aptitude Test in Architecture. As per my knowledge to secure a seat in SPA Delhi you need to score a minimum of 55% i.e 105 out of 200 marks in NATA examination.
