Hi,
The answer to your question is simple as the new campus need students. They want to expand and establish their new campus asap.
Also, as it is a new campus, everything will not be same as of the main campus.

Hello Abhishek,
In Delhi, I think only Delhi Institute of Fire Engineering offers a course in fire engineering. So you may opt for it. There are not many colleges in Delhi.
But there are more than 20 colleges for fire engineering in the whole of India.

It depends on you if you can manage both sides course. As well as coaching if you have just one aim i.e. civil services so go for SOL in DU that is the School of Open Learning if you have to attend classes only on Saturday and Sunday. But SOL course degrees' value is not equal to regular course.

Hi Abhishek,
The New Delhi would be a far better option for UPSC civil services coaching. Some of the best coaching institutes such as Vajiram, Vision, ALS, Khan Academy, etc. are in Delhi which has best faculty and study material. They have even produced some great results in UPSC examination in recent past also.
