Based on previous year trends it has been observed that to attain a BDS seat in a government dental college, a candidate is required to score a minimum of 450 marks in NEET (subject to vary). A minimum of 50th percentile under general category for those who seek admissions in private dental colleges is a requirement.

Yes, you can get into a medical college for MBBS and BDS. You have more chances to get a government college for BDS. And for MBBS you can get admission into a few private medical colleges like SRM Medical College in Chennai. Since you have not mentioned your category, rank, or domicile, it is difficult to accurately tell which college you may get admission to. For instance, with Rajasthan domicile and category-based quotas, you may get admission into a few government medical colleges like GMC, Bharatpur. Unfortunately, with 124 marks in NEET you may not get admission into dental colleges in Chandigarh. The reason is that for most of the government dental colleges, the required NEET score for admission is above 300, according to previous year's cutoff data. Similarly, for top private dental colleges, the required percentile is above the 50th percentile in NEET in addition to 55% aggregate in the 12th standard. Still, you may have some chances at private dental colleges like Rayat Bahra University with some category-based exceptions.
