Diploma in Engineering and BDS together practically it will very difficult. Both require full time concentrate and effort to justice to studies. These fields are not correlated, therefore, it is recommended that you may avoidg both Diploma in Engineering & BDS simultaneously.

But, it is understood that lots of seats are not filled up across India. And, as a result cutoff of NEET has been lowered to make more students eligible. Hence, I feel you have great chance.
