I don't think you can get a Diploma or a certificate in BDS. It is a degree course as per UGC guidelines and you will have to do it that way only.

Of course you are eligible. Whether it's good or not, depends upon where you do it from and what is your field of interest. Doing an MBA will take you away from clinical field and into more of management. With the mushrooming of corporate hospitals, there is a huge scope for doctors who can be managers. So, if you are up for the challenge, a vast field awaits you after your MBA. Good luck!
