You can get Kannur, Kangra, Patna, Raebareli, Jodhpur, Bhuvaneshvar or Srinagar. There are medium chances for getting seat in Kolkata and Chennai.

Register for counselling on 28th May. Then visit the nearest campus selected by you on the date given by NIFT. If you are from general category, you can get a seat in any NIFT centre except Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore.
Do check last merit rank admitted in 2017 in NIFT at http://nift.ac.in

There are fairly high chances that you can get NIFT, Delhi.
Check last merit rank admitted in 2017 at http://nift.ac.in
The difference in domicile and general is that if there is any NIFT center in your city, then you will get a little advantage of that under OBC domicile.
