Of course, there are many Lifestyle Accessory Design colleges in India offering admission to their courses on a merit-based system. For example, Amity University, NIFT Mumbai, JD Institute of Fashion Technology, BBK DAV College for Women, and so on. However, it also depends on the course level; for instance, you'll probably need to appear for an entrance exam and portfolio, and interview rounds for master's level programs in Lifestyle Accessory Design.

Based on the course level, here are some important documents you must carry during a Lifestyle Accessory Design admission process in India:

  • Bachelor's degree (if applicable)

No additional information about the placement of B.Des students in accessory design has yet to be made public by NIFT Srinagar. Nonetheless, a number of websites provide placement information for NIFT Srinagar's undergraduate programs. 343 students were placed with a median income of INR 6.25 L in 2017–18. At the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Srinagar, 622 students were accepted for a 4-year UG programme in 2018–19, and 575 of them graduated in 2021–2022. 51 of the 575 students chose to pursue further education, while 468 of the students were given a median salary of INR 8.3 L.
