The total tuition fees for UG courses at Gurukul School of Design is INR 21.6 LPA.
This fees is only the tuition fees for 4 years. All other fees like Hostel fees, Mess fees, Examination fees, Alumni fees, Admission fees have to be paid in addition to the total fees.

Gurukul School of Design is a private institute established in 2018.The institute provide programme like B.Des. The institute offers a design programme with various specializations. Gurukul School of Design has a different approach towards placements. The institute provides an opportunity to every student to work in the Raghavendra Rathore company. More than 95% of eligible students are placed in the top designing industries through Bangalore School of Design Placements conducted each year on-campus on the other hand placements of JD Institute of fashion technology Bangalore placement accuracy is 100% and average package was 3.60 LPA so, yes its comparable both are good colleges

Cut offs of the entrance exam are published on the Gurukul School of Design official website. Score of the entrance exam conducted by the institute are only accepted by the institute. Cut offs and criteria are subject to change. It may change. Eligibility Criteria:
A candidate should have score atleast 50% in 12th to get eligible for B.Des admission at Gurukul School of Design.
A candidate should be between 17 and 25 years of age.

The institute offers a fashion design programme with various specializations. Gurukul School of Design has a different approach towards placements. The institute provides an opportunity to every student to work in the Raghavendra Rathore company. All students get the brand name of Raghavedra Rathore company for 1 year post completion of the graduation. No recruiters are mentioned other than the Raghavendra Rathore company. This institute does not follow a conventional way of placing students like other institutes.

There is only one entrance exam that is conducted by Gurukul School of Design itself for admission to B.Des. The score of this entrance exam is only considered as one of the parameters for admission to B.Des at the institute.
Admission for B.Des at Gurukul School of Design is both entrance based and merit based.
Gurukul School of Design created their own selection criteria for admitting candidates through entrance test after 12th. The insitute has 5 steps which are Self portrait, Written Ability Test, Portfolio designing, Skill sharing, Creative representation of idea.
