A 10+2 pass out with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks is normally required to meet the general eligibility requirements for admission to the B.Des program. Furthermore, entrance to the B.Des. Fashion Design programme typically occurs in April or May; but, because to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, most institutes' admission calendars have adjusted, and admissions are now expected to occur in October.

It is recommended that applicants visit the Arch College of Design and Business's official website to obtain the most recent and detailed information regarding the admissions deadline for B.Des.

Pursuing an M.Des at DYPDC School of Design, Ajeenkya DY Patil University can be considered relatively expensive, with fees ranging from ?5,00,000 to ?7,00,000 per year.

This cost places it in the higher bracket compared to some other institutions offering similar programs.

The emphasis on providing quality education, experienced faculty, and a focus on industry readiness may justify the higher fees for students seeking a comprehensive and specialised design education at the postgraduate level.

The interview is the 2nd stage of the admission process conducted by the Indian School of Design and Innovation (ISDI). Candidates are shortlisted for the interview based on their performance in the Portfolio/Design Project & DAT.

The candidate must appear in all the stages of the design entrance exam. This means the final result will be prepared by giving weightage to the DAT and interview.
