The Studio Test and Personal Interview for the M.Des programs will be conducted in the third week of May 2026. Candidates who have qualified in the written exams are eligible to appear in the Studio Test. 

The detailed schedule for the Studio Test and Interview is released on the admission portal of MIT Institute of Design. The candidate had to attend the exam as per the schedule and slot mentioned in the admit card.

The MITID 2026 final merit list for the B.Des program was released on May 15, 2026. The result will have to be checked online. In the log-in panel that opens, enter your candidate credentials.

The result will have the sectional and overall marks, and the qualifying status. Shortlisted candidates will be called for seat allotment.

The Studio Test and Personal Interview for the M.Des programs was conducted in May. The Studio Test and Personal Interview for the B.Des programs were also held in May.

It is mandatory for candidates to appear in all the stages of the MITID DAT exam. This means, candidates who have qualified the written exam but doesn't appear in the Studio Test and Interview, he or she will not be included in the final results.

The admission to design courses will be based on the final merit list which will be prepared by considering the peformance of the candidate in:

  1. MITID DAT entrance exam
  2. Studio Test and Personal Interview

It is mandatory for candidates to appear in all the stages of the entrance exam. If the candidate misses out on any stage, he or she will be disqualified.

Anant National University offers seven BDes specialisations such as BDes in Product Design, Transdisciplinary Design, Fashion and Textile Design, Communication design, Moving Design, Space Design, Moving Image. The eligibility criteria for the course is Class 12 with 50% aggregate.

Candidates nee to apply ADEPT exam for BDes admission. The application form for ADEPT 2024 is on the official website of the university. Candidates who want to study BDes in Product Design, BDes in Transdisciplinary Design, BDes in Sustainable Fashion and Textile Design (Sustainable Innovation), BDes in Moving Image, BDes in Communication Design, BDes in Interaction Design, and BDes in Space Design can fill out the ADEPT application form 2024.

In order to apply forthe  BDes course at Anant National University, the candidate needs to apply for the ADEPT exam. It considers UCEED scores as well for scholarships. The university has released the dates for the new academic year. Also, the examination is going to be scheduled in the first week of January.

It can honestly be answered by an alumni of the institute only. However, 32.5% of students could pass this course in recent years. But you can rely on their shortlisting procedure as it only allows the competent candidates through its selection procedure.
