No, NIFT Hyderabad don’t take admission directly, for admission in NIFT Hyderabad the candidate should appear for NIFT Exam. The applicants will be shortlisted for the further proceeding of admission on the basis of marks secured in NIFT Exam i.e., CAT and GAT. The application process of NIFT Exam is listed below:
- Apply online through official website of the NIFT, fill the required details and submit the application form.
- After that the applicant should pay the application fee of INR 3000 and INR 1500 as per the category.
- The date and other information will be communicated to the candidates via email.

Yes, KJ Somaiya offers BDes with duration of four years for full time. The eligibility criteria for BDes is class 12 with 50% and selection process based on any National level exam like NIFT, NID, PERA CET, UCEED. For getting admission in KJ Somaiya the candidate should appear for Design Aptitude Test of Somaiya School of Design and register himself/herself for the admission process, the admission fee is INR 500. If the candidate wants to apply for multiple program, he/she need to pay separately for the other program. The Institute of Fashion and Communication Technology has a big campus and provides accommodation and transportation facilities to postgraduate and undergraduate students. Bus facility is available for only nearby areas near the college. There are bus services and hostel facilities offered to PhD, diploma, and various other course students.
