Yes, you can apply offline for Dev Bhoomi School of Architecture, Planning and Design admissions. Students can walk-in to the university campus and get the application form. The visit can be made from Mon - Sun. The admission counsellors at the unviersity will guide you through the process.

Students have to submit some documents for Dev Bhoomi School of Architecture, Planning and Design admissions & application. The list is as below:

  • Class 10 and Class 12 pass certificate and marksheet
  • Three copies of UG mark sheet and pass certificate (for admission to a PG course)
  • Age proof certificate
  • Original copy of transfer certificate/ school leaving certificate
  • Original migration certificate
  • Original character certificate
  • Three copies of certificate claiming reservation benefits

The total seats offered by Symbiosis through B.Des programme is 207. For communication design, it is 92, for industrial design, it is 52, for fashion design 33 and for fashion communication, it is 30.

At Dev Bhoomi School of Architecture, Planning and Design, students are selected on either merit or entrance. The course-wise selection is as below:

  • BDes & BSc = Merit-based (Class 12 score)
  • MPlan & MSc =  Merit-based (Graduation)
  • BArch = NATA score

The seat intake of the M.Des programme through SEED 2026 is 24. 20 seats are for Indian students and 4 seats are for International students. Intake is subject to approval from the SIU.

  • Class 12 with minimum aggregate of 45% (50% for BArch & BDes) for UG admissions
  • Complete graduation in relevant field for PG admissions

Dev Bhoomi School of Architecture, Planning and Design admissions for most courses are merit-based. The college accepts entrance-based admissions only for BArch. For remaining courses, qualifying Class 10/12/ graduation depending on course is enough.

To get admission in Dev Bhoomi School of Architecture, Planning and Design courses, you need to meet the eligibility first. Eligible students can apply online or offline. The selection process is entrance-based for BArch. It is merit-based for other courses. Selected students have to report at the university. To secure a seat, you have to pay the fees.
