To get admission in Jaipur National University BDes, studnets must Class 12 examination in relevant stream with 48% from a recognised board.  The final selection is done on the basis of academic scores/ JEST. 

The difficulty level of CEED exam has been maintained by authorities over the years. However, most design aspirants share that if difficulty level of all design entrance exams conducted for PG level courses is compared then CEED is slightly easier than NID Entrance Exam. This is primarily because the drawing questions asked in NID that are considered to be tougher than those put forth in CEED exam. Note that CEED exam is for admission to the M.Des courses offered by the eight participating colleges. Meanwhile, the NID that for the M.Des programme has three participating colleges.

The announcement of results and release of admission offers to GATE qualified candidates is via COAP. Aspirants taking admission based on CAT or CEED scores, get offer letter directly by the institute via email.

Candidates wishing to get admission in BDes at VIT Vellore should have passed Class 12 with English as one of the subjects wth at least 60% marks. Applicants born on or after 01.07.2004 are eligible.

The total tuition fee of BDes at VIT Vellore is INR 6.9 lakh. This number is taken from the official sources of college. It can change. Candidates need to pay the course fee as the last step of admission process to confirm admission.
