Admission to the course is made possible by means of any of the following 2 ways:
- Examination Pathway: Admissions through UPESEAT for up to 80% of the seats. This mode of admission requires a JEE Mains qualification besides a minimum aggregate score of 60% in at the Higher & Senior Secondary levels (classes X and XII) with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics as the main subjects at the Senior Secondary level. JEE Mains cutoff is announced after the declaration of the JEE Mains results
- Non- Examination Pathway: Admissions through Board Merit / JEE Mains Score for up to 20% of the sea. This mode of admission requires a minimum aggregate score

BSc graduates may go for relevant Masters course (M.Sc) or PG Diploma course.
Some such Masters courses include
- MSc in Dialysis Technology
- MSc in Renal Replacement Therapy and Dialysis Technology
- MSc in Renal Science and Dialysis Technology
- MSc in Dialysis Therapy
MSc course lasts for a period of 2-years. PG Diploma course generally lasts for 1 year.
