Firstly check where you went wrong.
were you uncomfortable with the academics i.e maths,engg subjects.
If so i advice you to leave things behind and take up a course such as commerce and start from day 1.
Engineering may not be your piece of cake bro.
However if you strongly believe you need to make a career in engineering then take proper tuitions stay focused on your goals and work hard to achieve it

There are many degree, diploma, certificate courses available in graphic design. You may opt for the one which matches your interest and time availability.
