You can pursue the desired course at IGNOU. You can also look for this course in any other University, preferably closer to your home. Many universities in India offer this course through distance education. The last date of admission in almost all of these is over for the current session. Meanwhile, consult the websites of different universities about the requirement and last date for admission.

As per my knowledge, you should try for a degree through IGNOU. It is the best place right now to pursue any degree in distance mode.

Yes, you can sit for CAT. Since you are an Arts Graduate, it would be better, if you join coaching classes for CAT preparation, and try and take a lot of mock tests to sharpen your skills in the various subjects on which questions are asked at CAT. CAT generally has three sections. Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal, Data Interpretation and logical Reasoning.

Well, at the outset I would make it very clear that a LLB Degree obtained through a distance learning would serve no purpose, as it is not recognized by the Bar Council of India. Even then, if you would want to go for it, then please do. Also, please mention the institute you are looking for.

The Bar council of India recognizes the courses taken in regular course only. A degree in law obtained by means of a distance learning course or part time course in not recognized. So, it Is better to pursue a regular course in law else, it won't be of any use.
