Please avoid doing your under graduation through distance learning, you can pursue your Master's degree through distance even when you are working in a company. Distance learning degree worth less than the regular degree holders. Moreover, B.Tech is not a course which an individual can be good at by distance learning, it requires your proper concentration and focus.

Yes, you can do MBA course. You are free to decide to pursue MBA through correspondence or regular. There is no such rule that if you have completed your B.Com via correspondence then you will have to complete MBA through correspondence only.

Now KSOU is an authorised agency or university department and hence any certificate awarded by this institution is valid across India and abroad anywhere for all purposes, but perhaps while doing this you will need to come to India appear for the exam as I think even now the exams are not conducted online.
