Yes, BFA is available in distance mode in many institutions across the country. Moreover, IGNOU also provide BFA distance. Bharati Vidyapith, Viva Bharati, MSU are notable universities.

PGDBM is a PG course not a graduation. It is also surprising that you have been able to pursue PG despite having a graduation degree. Generally, the highest qualification is considered. However, if you still need graduation then you need to apply through distance. You are eligible for a distance programme of UG, but it will take you at least 3 years to complete the same.

Admissions are open now.
You have to fill the admission form which are out now till November, and then you have to appear for their entrance exam, and if you qualify their entrance exam, then you can take admission in that college.

It will be semester-based only. Rest depends on the institute where you're applying in case there is any exception.

Now she has to appear for SSC exam directly either as external or internal if any of school allows her. She can do it externally, and then you can carry with further education.

The hotel management course is a practical oriented course, so not many distance learning opportunities are there. Still you have an option at UOU, Haldwani, Uttarakhand.

The fees is around Rs.50,000-75,000 per semester in various universities for M.Tech distance course in Bangalore. You just collect more information on this. So, all the best for future.

For Diploma in engineering, you can apply after class 10th, but you can't pursue Diploma in management, pharmacy, nursing or any medical after class 10th.
