Sambalpur University, Odisha, offers no Master of Physical Education (M.P.Ed) via distance education. M.P.Ed is essentially a contact programme requiring both practical as well as theoretical trainings-a full-time regular course-since it's challenging for the same to be provided over distance mode. Nevertheless, students can refer to the department of Distance Education for a more updated list of information, as their offerings also change from time to time. Other universities in India offering M.P.Ed through distance education include the Indira Gandhi National Open University, IGNOU. Always check eligibility and admission requirements from the official website.

The eligibility criteria for B.Sc Nursing programs in India, including distance learning options, generally require:

1. Completion of 10+2 (PUC) with Science (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) as core subjects.  

2. A minimum of 45-50% aggregate marks in the qualifying exam.  

3. English as a subject in 10+2.  

Unfortunately, with 44.66% marks, you may fall slightly short of the general eligibility requirement for B.Sc Nursing. However, you might still have options:

1. Relaxation for Reserved Categories: If you belong to SC/ST/OBC or other reserved categories, many institutions provide a 5%relaxation, lowering the requirement to around 40-45%.  

2. Private or Distance Institutions: While traditional B.Sc Nursing requires in-person practical training (due to clinical practice mandates by the Indian Nursing Council), some private institutions might offer alternative options or bridge courses.  

3. Diploma in Nursing (GNM): If B.Sc Nursing isn't possible, you can opt for General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM), a diploma-level course requiring lower eligibility marks.

It's best to directly contact the Indian College of Nursingor similar institutions to confirm whether they accept candidates with your percentage for distance or alternative programs.

In Karnataka, various universities offer B.Ed. programmes through correspondence or distance learning. The notable institutions that provide B.Ed. are the Karnataka State Open University, Mysuru which provides B.Ed. in distance mode, and IGNOU with a regional centre in Bengaluru, that provides B.Ed. through distance education. The University of Mysore also offers B.Ed. through distance learning and Bangalore University offers a distance education programme for B.Ed., subject to the approval. Prior to applying to the program, one must check the eligibility criteria and course details together with whether the programme was approved from the respective university.

Most distance learning courses admit only those students who have a migration certificate. An example of such a need may be the MA English course. Hence, this paper would reflect that the subject student has shifted from one university or educational institution to another, with no issue related to his/her academic history.

This certificate is required by the universities that provide distance education, including the MA English program. Apply for the migration certificate at the earliest time. Several universities have the option to provide provisional admission for students who do not have a migration certificate at the time; a student can only be admitted if he/she submits it within a designated time frame. It is always prudent to check a specific distance learning university's admission office for requirements and timeline.
