No, an Integrated dual degree of B.A B.Ed is not usually a distance-learning course as it is usually done full time, on campus by attending regular classes to fulfill both B.A and B.Ed simultaneously; however some universities might offer this combination programme through distance learning; hence one should check in the details of the programme offered in the institution

BASLP (Bachelor in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology) is generally not available through distance learning. You can certainly take admission in BLIS course at IGNOU which is just one year course and is equivalent to graduation in library and information sciences. After the completion of BLIS you can go for MLIS which is again just a one year course and is equivalent to Masters degree (Post Graduation) in library and information sciences.
