You can get the Distance Diploma in Corporate Law from ILS Law College, Pune. There is a graduation eligibility as well as a professional one that accepts entry from second-year students and above. The subjects studied include Company Law, the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, SEBI regulations, and IP laws. This course is approximately 70 hours long and usually is taken through live online.
