LLB distance education course is a distance learning law degree where individuals can pursue a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree through remote learning methods. However, it is not recognised by BCI, but students who want to have knowledge about the field can think of pursuing it.

No, LLB distance education is not approved by BCI, which means you cannot practice law after studying LLB from distance education and you cannot also pursue LLM after it.

Yes, you can study LLB in distance education from the colleges that are offering this course, but it should be a recognised one. Although, for practicing Law you need a LLB degree from a regular colleges, as Bar Council of India does not accept LLB degree from distance education.

Distance learning for LLB at Sarsuna Law College can be valid if it's approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI) and affiliated with a recognized university. However, it may lack practical exposure and networking opportunities, so confirm its recognition with the BCI before enrolling.

No, as per the Rules of Legal Education 2008 prescribed by the Bar Council of India, a Department or College or Institution conducting correspondence courses through distance education shall not be included. Therefore, the rules categorically disallow colleges to offer LLB courses in distance mode. Hence candidates must make cautious decision before applying for these courses.

You cannot practice law as per BCI after doing correspondence course. Only part-time 3-year-LLB & regular 5-year-law courses eligible. And just for the record;
IGNOU & DU do-not offer correspondence LL.B. (they do-offer a Diploma in paralegal-practice which is an entirely different thing. )
Correspondence courses have no practical. Lawyers require good communication skills. Good luck.
