It is a good branch. It has some of syllabus of mechanics also. But, I will consider you, if you are getting (MCE) branch I. e mathematics and computing, then go for it, because in DTU, there are better placement opportunities. But, PAI is also a very good branch. If you are interested, then go for it.

Hi, Thanks for A2A. Both these branches are good. Also, both branches don't have anything in common, it depends on your personal interest what you want to do in future. But I would suggest you to go for ICE in NSIT. It is definitely better as NSIT is having a good placement record over all the other branches. Moreover, ICE gives you the opportunity to get placed as a data analytics along with little chances of getting placed in IT companies also. Both the colleges are good. It is up to you where you want to go.

Stream matters more than college, go for what you feel is interesting to you. Still if you go to DTU, in case you get upgradation later on after first year, that will be best but that's quite risky. So my suggestion is to go for NIT, Kurukshetra.
