JAC Delhi 2025 Counselling: Round 5 Seat Allotment (OUT), Cutoff (Round 1, 2, 3, 4 OUT), Dates REVISED

Once the seat is allotted, candidates are issued a provisional seat allotment letter. This letter will have the institute and category/subcategory allotted to the candidate. Candidates must download the provisional seat allotment letter. After the issuance of provisional allotment, candidates have to follow the process below:

1. Pay the seat acceptance fee: Candidates have to pay the seat acceptance fee if they are happy with the allotted seats.
2. Admission confirmation status: After payment of the fee, candidates have to report for document verification. The admission status will then be updated on the website under the respective logins of the candidates.
3. Downloading of the provisional admission letter: Once the admission committee confirms the admission, the candidates can download the issued provisional admission letter from their respective logins on the official website.

How to View JAC Delhi Counselling 2025 Seat Allotment Result?

Candidates can login with JEE Main Roll No and Password and view their JAC Delhi 2025 seat allocation result. Candidates will be allowed to download the provisional Allotment letter. This letter may have the candidate’s details (Roll No., Candidate Name, Father Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Category, Subcategory), Rank Details, Allotment Details, etc, along with important instructions.

The following links will be available in the candidate dashboard, and the candidate needs to complete these steps; otherwise, their allotted seat will be cancelled.

• Upload Scanned Documents: The candidates have to upload all the required documents in scanned format
• Willingness submission: Candidates have to submit their preference against the allotted seat. They can eather float the seat or freeze the seat. Float means candidate wants to upgrade trhe allotted seat and freeze means they are keeping the allotted seat.
• Pay Seat Acceptance Fee: After seat allotment candidates have to pay the seat allotment fee. If the seat allotment fee is not paid candidates will not be allotted any seat and will be eliminated from the counselling process.

Joint Admission Counseling (JAC) Delhi releases institute-wise JAC Delhi cutoffs in online mode. The authority releases the JAC Delhi cutoff along with seat allotment results. Interested candidates can check the round-wise JAC Delhi 2025 opening and closing ranks for IIIT D, NSUT, STU, DSEU, and IGDTUW. Spot Round JAC Delhi 2025 cut-off (opening and closing rank) releases a day after the seat allotment results. The seats are allotted as per the choices of college and courses and the availability of seats in a particular institute.

JAC Delhi is a counselling program for students who want to pursue BE/BTech and BArch degree programs in Delhi. It is conducted for admission to 5 technical universities/institutes that are part of the Government of NCT Delhi. These include Delhi Technological University (DTU), Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women (IGDTUW), Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi (IIIT-D), Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU), and Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT). The entire counselling process is done online. The program was created by the government of NCT Delhi to make it easier for students and their families to avoid multiple admission processes and the inconvenience of shifting to different institutions during the admission process.

Candidates who are issued the provisional seat allotment letter and pay the seat acceptance fee have to then report to the reporting centre with all documents for verification. The reporting schedule is announced on the official website and candidates have to follow the same.

Documents to be carried at the verification centre: Candidates must bring the original and self-attested copies of the following documents:

• Receipt of the admission fee payment
• Print out of the application form signed by the guardian/parent and candidate
• Print out of the filled choices
• Marksheet of the qualifying exam
• Print out of the seat allotment letter
• Print out of the JEE Main 2025 admit card and scorecard
• 3 passport-sized photo
• Date of birth certificate
• Bonus point documents, if eligible for IIIT-D bonus points
• Reserved category/subcategory certificate
• Medical fitness certificate, if applicable
• PD subcategory, if applicable
• For the defence subcategory, if applicable

In each of the rounds of the JAC Delhi counselling there are the below-given steps.

• First step is to fill the JAC Delhi application form. To start with the application process, candidates have to enter their JEE Main application number and password on the official website of the JAC Delhi counselling
• After the registration, the second step is to fill the choices of colle and branch in order of priority where the candidate wants to take admisison.
• Next, seats will be allotted to the candidates based on their JEE Main ranks, choices filled, category and othe factors.
• Thereafter, candidates have to pay the seat confirmation fee and submit their willingness for upgrading the seat or accepting the seat.
• The candidates have to then proceed to the documents verification process which will be online on the official website.
• Lastly, to confirm the admisison, candidates have to report to allotted college as per the schedule to confirm the admisison process.

JAC Delhi 2025 Admission Process

The admission process for JAC Delhi 2025 spot counselling round is as follows:

1. No fresh registration will be permitted for the spot round of admissions.
2. The candidate or candidate’s authorized representative can participate in spot round.
3. All candidates who want to participate in Spot Round MUST bring the following documents and demand draft, otherwise admission will not be permitted.

Documents Required for JAC Delhi counselling 2025 spot round:

1. Printout of JAC Delhi registration form
2. Class X mark sheet (original and one photocopy)
3. Class XII mark sheet (original and one photocopy)
4. Category (ST/SC/EWS/OBC/PD/CW/SG) certificate(s), if applicable (original and one photocopy)
5. Demand Draft(s) of Amount Rs. 95,000/- in favour of “JAC DELHI” payable at SBI, Delhi College of Engineering, Bawana Road, New Delhi. No other mode of payment will be accepted.
6. Medical Fitness Certificate

Seats will be offered to participating candidates as per the vacant seats in respective categories in the following order (category-wise)

1. ST/SC candidates
2. OBC candidates
3. EWS candidates
4. General category candidates

In each category, candidates will be called in order of their JEE (Main) CRL rank and available vacant seats will be offered. For IIITD seats, candidates will be offered seats based on IIITD rank. Candidates can accept any seat available by paying the admission fee immediately through Demand Draft (DD). No extra time will be provided for making the DD after the seat is offered.
