I'll prefer you to opt for the IIT, Hyderabad or DTU as these are the best college from all the colleges that you have mentioned above in terms of placements, infra and faculty. You should opt for the CSE in whichever college you are getting that.

It's Indeed very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing graduation in engineering after completion of your Diploma in civil branch in DTU. I am afraid your desired branch that is computer science is not available for students seeking lateral admission. For getting admission in DTU or NSIT via JEE or HSC score for CS, you have to score a minimum of 270+ marks in JEE Mains or a rank under 5,000 only then you can be able to get CS in these colleges.

No, you can't get direct admission in this college. These colleges are the best colleges of India and also, these colleges accept admissions through JEE Mains score only.

For getting into this college and in computer science you have to score under 5000 rank only then you can be able to take admission in Delhi Technological University.

Yes, absolutely. LEET (Lateral entry entrance test) is an entrance test to take lateral entry in B.Tech/B.E programme. After completing your 3 years Diploma in engineering, you can appear for LEET exam to get admission directly in the 2nd year of engineering degree.
