You are advised to appear in JEE Mains and JEE Advanced to seek admission in IITs after Diploma in engineering. IITs do not have lateral entry admission provision. DTU University conducts it's lateral entry admission test. Refer http://www.dtu.ac.in/Web/Admission/b.tech(LE).php.

You need to take JEE Mains and clear the cut-off set by the college for general category in civil engineering branch. The cutoffs are different for Delhi and outside Delhi students.

Due to no previous records, a cut-off cannot be estimated. The cut-offs for BBA will be released by the college on 31st July 2017.
All the best.
