Yes, you will get admission in DTU with this rank in mechanical branch maybe in the first round of counselling.

Hello Himanshu,
Since boards marks are not taken into consideration from this year, so based on your marks and category it will be tough for you to get admission in DTU or NSIT. But, from this year no seats are going to be vacant so wait until the last round, you may get some lower branches there.
