I am not sure about College of Engineering Pune. I don't know whether it provides lateral entry or not but Delhi Technical University provides lateral entry every year. For more information, please go through:

Admission in Delhi School of Management DU is on the basis of CAT score. You are not eligible to seek admission in DSM, DU.

It is 5-9 P.M. approximately.

Closing ranks of different branches differ in this prestigious institution. Last year it varied from 25K to 1.4L for automobile engineering, closing rank was about 55K last year.

Dear Harsh, the actual cut-offs for DTU and NSIT are about 10% more than the officially published spot round cutoffs. You can find the official spot round cut offs online.
Moreover, the cutoffs decrease substantially after the last day for the refund of fees. Almost everyone holds a seat in both the colleges i.e. DTU and NSIT and all of them apply for the refund on the very last day. I would suggest you to wait even after the last date for the refund, you might waste some money but in the end its worth it.

How much rank have you scored?

The admission to B.Tech (Lateral Entry) programme in Delhi Technological University is on the basis of the marks secured by the candidates in the qualifying examination of Diploma in engineering.

You have really minimal chances with such a low score.

DTU's B.Tech in automobile engineering is one of the top most industry accepted degree in India. If you score well in studies at DTU, you stand fair chances of getting admission abroad for MS in automobile engineering.

No one can confirm eligibility criteria but for outside Delhi students, there are only 15% seats of the total reserved for outside students in IP university & Delhi Technical University.
