You cannot pursue 2 regular degree courses from 2 different universities in the same duration.
But you can pursue 2 different programmes with 2 different universities in regular and distance mode.

Hello Megha,
It appears that this very old Institution dies not have any dual programme. You will have to take what is being offered. This Institute appears to be quite gr8 for students welfare.

Quick Answer - IIMs do not offer any specialisations. Colleges like SP Jain, SIBM, etc. do offer specialisations (single).
