The institute offers BBA and MBA courses. The basic eligibility criteria for admission are to complete graduation for PG and Class 12 for UG course. Students are selected based on merit for BBA course. Aspirants who are looking for MBA admission must have atleast valid entrance exam scores such as CAT/MAT/CMAT/XAT/GMAT/ATMA/CUET-PG.

Yes, you can, but it's not worth pursuing, at least in India. The Bar Council of India it's a regulatory body for legal education in India, does not recognize any distance or online degree to practice Law as an Advocate in Indian courts.
A distance or online programme can only give you a flexible learning option, but in my opinion, it's a waste of time and resources if you really want to become an Advocate in India.

However, the institute has not specified a minimum aggregate for admission. Candidates must have qualified Class 12 from any national or state recognised board.
