You can visit Shiksha Online or any of the course providers mentioned above. Find courses based on your category which can be business, technology, data science, machine learning, etc. Choose the category and select the specialisation. Under the list of specialisations of each category, choose the online courses that are listed as free. Do check if the free online course offers a free certificate or a paid one, and how you will get a certificate. You may have to take an exam and qualify to obtain the certificate. The best free online course is quite subjective, as it will largely depend on which stage of your career you are at. At the same time, you will have to determine how much time you are willing to invest to learn a new skill. If you are looking at an advanced free certification course, look at the university ranking, the instructor's qualifications and expertise on the subject.
