Yes, you can change your trade in BE. And, your percentage is also good but you have to qualify LEET entrance examination and cross the cut-off according to the college and branch.

No, you cannot appear for JEE Mains exam. In order to appear for JEE Mains exam, you need to complete your HSC education.
