It is not compulsory that you will get a government job on the basis of your ability you will get a job. Nowadays, there are less vacancies. And the university is not considered while giving the job.

Depends on your choice. If you are passionate about coding, go for NIT, if you don't like coding, CSE is for you. In that case, go for IIT electric. Both are good, and you are doing from premier institutes. Good luck and hope it helps ( But what I feel with your marks if you get CSE, it can only be the newer ones. 157 is not enough to get CSE without home state).
