You have multiple options to choose based on your requirements. If you want to do a job, you can try for government jobs or if you want to go for higher studies, it's better to crack a good rank in GATE so that it will helps you in getting a good government job as well as for getting a seat in a good college for higher studies.

There are certain colleges in which you can take admission by analyzing their websites. In the sequence I want to suggest to you that you can visit in rajasthan there are certain good colleges and universities viz. Anand international college of engineering, jaipur, Manipal university, LNMIT and etc. in which you can take admission. These college have good placement record, all over developments of the students, distinction in education from other colleges, well infrastructure and etc. So you can visit for further consideration for your admission.

Of course, IITRAM is a good college for placements. But, there are many colleges which have good placement record in EE, like Jaypee, Galgotia university, LPU, Anand International College Of Engineering College etc.

If you won't get job as you are electrical engineer you should prepare for Gate exam and start coaching of UPSC and general competition.
Also keep checking the job in electrical engineering also.
