With a 4487 rank in COMEDK, you may face problems in getting admission in both institutes, especially RVCE. The cutoff rank at RV College of Engineering in the year 2024 was 1636 for EC for general all-India. The cutoff at BMSCE was also on the higher side in the previous years. Although it cannot be guaranteed as the cutoff varies every year as per the seat intake and applicant's score. If you are not selected, you can also apply for other institutes, which can provide you a seat based on your rank.

You can pursue evening-mode B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from universities offering part-time or working-professional courses. Universities such as DTU, NSIT, and certain state universities offer such courses. Admission is typically through entrance exams or merit in your Diploma or 12th. Check the official website of the university for eligibility, application procedure, and deadlines.

Wishing you all the best !

First of all, you need to know that Bapatla Engineering College doesn't accept the score of Andhra Pradesh ECET for admissions in any course; rather, you need to appear for Andhra Pradesh EAMCET for the same. So if you are talking about the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET cutoff, the last round cutoff for the ECE branch was 25422 for general all India in the year 2023. It was 28052 in 2022 and 38945 in 2021. So as per the previous year's cutoffs, with a 6994 rank in Andhra Pradesh EAMCET (if you are talking about that), you will easily get admission in the ECE branch. However, the cutoff varies every year based on the seat intake and score of ap

To take admission for electronics and communication engineering or electronics and electrical engineering at Gogate College, you need to first register for the KCET examination. The eligibility criteria for B.Tech at this institute include 45% in 12th and qualifying the KCET exam. You can apply by filling the registration form from the official website of the authorities. Then you need to apply for the course from the institute's official website with details like academic qualifications, KCET score etc. The institute will then release a cutoff based on the seat intake and entrance exam score of the applicants. If you qualify in that,

With 83,000 rank in KCET, you can hope for opportunities of admission in a few of the engineering colleges of Bangalore and Mangalore for the ECE/CSE branches. Some of the likely opportunities include Mangalore Institute of Technology and Engineering (MITE), Canara Engineering College, Mangalore, Shree Devi Institute of Technology, Mangalore, Bangalore Institute of Technology, and Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, Bangalore. These colleges generally have varying cutoffs, so it is preferable to go through their separate admission criteria and last year's cutoff trends for better comprehension.

At a 70 percentile in JEE Mains, you are sure to get into some of the colleges for the Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) stream, but major colleges like NITs and IITs won't happen. Colleges admitting students at this percentile are Lovely Professional University, Amity University, and Chandigarh University. These colleges generally have a low cutoff and a decent ECE program. It's necessary to be involved in the counseling process to be able to evaluate your options effectively and confirm you comply with any further requirements from the colleges.

It could be difficult to get a spot in the University College of Engineering, Narasaraopet, JNTU's B.Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) program if you have an AP EAMCET rank of 24,000 and fall into the BC-B category. In the past this institution ECE closure ranks have been far lower, For example the general category's closing rank in 2024 was 12,107.

Although the cutoffs for reserved categories, such as BC-B are frequently somewhat loosened, the difference might not be significant enough to accept a rank of 24,000.

By 2028, CSE (Computer Science Engineering) will have more scope than ECE (Electronics and Communication Engineering) due to the rapid growth of AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity and software development. The technology industry is transforming fast with increasing need for AI/ML engineers, data scientists, cloud architects and cybersecurity professionals.

However, ECE will never become obsolete, especially in areas like chip design, VLSI, IoT, and telecommunication (5G/6G). The semiconductor industry is booming, and electronics engineers will be required for hardware developments.

If you like core software areas, CSE would be the right

Changing your branch from Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) to the Computer Science Engineering (CSE) at the AVN Institute of Engineering and Technology (AVNIET) in the Hyderabad is contingent upon seat availability and internal institute policies These transfers are usually taken into consideration in the first few years of study usually following the first or second semester

To investigate this choice:
