Considering the AOT cutoff 2024 for the BTech courses, only Round 1 seat allotment was released for the ECE course. Considering the AOT ECE cutoff 2024, the cutoff stood at 81257. So, yes, it can definitely be possible to get into AOT with a mere rank of 20k. Check out below the ECE year-wise cutoff:

Atal Bihari Vajpayee Government Institute of Engineering and Technology (ABVGIET) offers six lateral entry seats in the Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) branch for second-year admissions.

To get admission in the Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) programme at Vishnu Institute of Technology, Bhimavaram, one must pass the eligibility criteria, that is generally:
1. Passing out of 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as major subjects.
2. A valid score in the Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test, or any other entrance exam as per state norms.

With an SC category rank of 4800 in JEE getting into top 25 NITs for CSE or ECE might be challenging, but it's not impossible. The cutoffs for this branches are usually lower for SC category students compared to the general category. However the exact cut off varies every year based on factors like number of applicants difficulty level of the exam and your specific NIT choices. It is best to check the previous years skirt of trends to use the official JEE counselling portal to get a clear or idea for your rank.
