Among ECE and CSE, deciding which one is better depends on the person's interest. Both are equally good. If you love coding and stuff, then it'll be better to choose CSE, and if you love more of circuits and robotics, then choose ECE. Between ECE and CSE, there are higher chances of CSE getting higher pay packages. But don't get disheartened. As for campus placements, mainly IT companies visit and they pool both from ECE and CSE background depending only on your abilities. Again, both the streams will give you a lot of scope for higher studies!
In ECE, you have an additional advantage- ESE (Engineering Service Examination) covers only 4

No, being a student pursuing ECE I can tell, it isn't a tough stream. If you can manage studying 1 hour per day (at least) then it won't sound difficult for you. I would suggest studying whole semester instead of managing all the chapters just before exam. Once you invest your time, you would find it easy and interesting. It just requires a bit more time investment than other streams. It requires good knowledge of circuits and signals.

Yes. ECE and CSE are most demanding both among students as well as recruiters. Let's make a list of facts related to ECE-
1. Course structure: mainly deals with circuits and communication. Coding knowledge is required.
2. Telecommunication companies and IT companies are main recruiters. So placements are good.
3. Good scope of higher studies through GATE.
4. ESE/IES exam (which covers only 4 streams- civil, mechanical, electrical and ECE)
And if you can crack GATE/ESE, then you'll get handsome amount of money in your hand. After considering all of these, ECE is indeed a good branch to make your career.

Yes, you are eligible. If you have completed your class 12th or schooling with minimum aggregate of 50% marks. If you are searching to get admission in any private BCA college, then you should have this minimum aggregate. You will get admission in 1st year, and then you'll study for three years because BCA is a three year complete graduation course.
