I would suggest pursuing B.Tech because it has more opportunities and is overall better than BCA. But, you are eligible to pursue BCA and if you want you can pursue it through lateral entry.

ECE has better placement than Mechanical. But Mechanical has more future opportunities than ECE. But again that all depends on the interest of student. Sometimes Mechanical students are placed better than ECE students.

This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Technical / research / academics area then M.Tech is better, However if you want to move into general management the MBA is better. Moreover if there are financial constraints and you are required to support the family financially then its advisable that you start working & after gaining 3 years of work experience explore Part time MBA/ Executive MBA / distance MBA and enhance your career prospects.

McGill is one of the good universities in Canada and its deep learning is one of the best in the world. My suggestion is simple- Don't copy someone SOP and write your own SOP and CV.

First, you will study about electronics as well as communication system including mobile communication but in electronics, you will only deal with electronics. India is the only country where electronics is with communication as the core branch. And, in rest part of the world, both are different branch. So, there is a great opportunity with ECE in the world.

Best source is, if have any person who can refer you to the HR of the company, else you can send mails, but that is most of the time useless. Or, if they announce the internship officially via forms or walk-ins.
