Hello Manish,
Nowadays, GIMT is not on that level from where you can take good placements. Due to less admissions in engineering colleges in India, a number of colleges are unable to provide placement nowadays.

Let's take the example of a laptop. The whole hardware involves ECE people. It contains motherboard, which includes a very large number of small components (resistors, capacitor, leads, amplifiers, oscillator, etc.) which come under ECE. Now, coming to the software part, it deals with CSE. All the software which are required in a laptop are designed and developed by CSE engineers and also installed by them. This is a small example.
Best of luck.

Hello Praharsh,
In government sector, jobs are of two kinds. Some are for recruitment as an officer while some are labelled as non-officer jobs. A diploma holder is authorised for jobs of the second category. Both central as well as state government or their agencies recruit diploma holders of various branches. Every year, this happens. You only have to keep track, that's all.
