Yes, Hostel facilities are available at National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology gorakhpur. Hostel has common rooms where hostlers can read daily newspapers and magazines, and play indoor games like carrom board, chess etc. Television with cable and audio facilities are also provided. Hostel has a small gymnasium badminton court, volleyball court etc. The mess is run and managed by students and hostel committee.

The last year's 2022 cutoff ranks for BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering at NIT Calicut - National Institute of Technology other than the General category are - 15898 for OBC, 44507 for SC, 46008 for ST, 13904 for EWS, 140 for PWD. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in JEE exam, the last cut-offs also change a lot depending on the All India quota or Home State. It also varies if the applicant is a female.
