Since you are interested in IT & Electronics, it will be advisable for you to explore certification courses in your area of interest & software development skills & explore work opportunities in the said area. A lot of private institutes run courses on IT & Electronics and are affiliated to international universities you can also look at them for your interest area. Keeping in mind your B.Sc Scores you can seek admission into such courses of your interest.

Hi,
SDMCET doesn't offers Course in Robotics , however SDMCET offers course of Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering, you can learn robotics by doing some courses side by side while doing BE in ECE. Hope you got your answer.

You can try foot NIT Calicut, NIT Kurukshetra, BIT Rourkela, NIT Srinagar and eastern side NITs. However, you have to wait until the last round or may be until the special round.

Hello Satheesh,
According to the NET exam guidelines you can apply for the exam in the subject which you had in post-graduation or related to that. Therefore, you are not eligible for UGC NET Electronic Science. However, you can appear for CSIR NET exam. This exam is organized for the science stream candidates who want to become researcher or lecturer. CSIR NET is conducted in five subjects. As per your post-graduation subject, you can apply for the physical science. However, make sure, you fulfill the eligibility criteria of CSIR NET Physical Sciences. Hello Satheesh,
Yes, you can apply for the UGC NET Electronics exam. The UGC NET exam is national level exam, which is held for the junior research fellowship and to become an assistant professor. The Candidates can apply for the NET exam if they have completed the post-graduation degree. Refer official notification at NTA website for the eligibility details.
In addition, you need to choose the subject in which you have completed the PG degree. As you have completed the post-graduation in nano-science, you can apply for UGC NET Electronics. You also need to fulfill the age limit criteria for JRF while lectureship does not require any age
