After the completion of the training period, the officers who are recruited as Engineers earn up to INR.60,000 per month. According to the 7th Pay Commission, the pay scale of the BHEL Engineer Trainee during the probation period is INR 50,000 to INR 1,60,000 while the pay scale of the Engineers is INR 60,000 to INR 1,80,000.
