Hello Surya, For admissions in engineering colleges, there is invariably a criteria of minimum marks in qualifying exam. E.g. For IIT's it's 75% in 12th or equivalent for general catagory students. Some states have this at 55% while others at 60% or even 50%.

Hi mate,
Yes, you are eligible for B.Tech. You can take admission in any of the college which provide lateral entry in civil engineering which will be of 3 years. In a private university, you may get direct admission on the basis of your Diploma score but you need to appear for test if you're applying in government university. I hope I've made myself clear.

Hello Fardin, There is no separate eligibility for petrochemical engineering. It is same as that for other branches of engineering like electrical or civil or mechanical.

It's easy you just have to apply for student visa permit for India. Your fee structures will slightly vary from Indian students due to quota seat reservations. The eligibility is 10+2 passed.
