It will be difficult for u to get a good govt. college if u r gen or obc. Try for some private colleges.

join in 'european study center 'which is low cost 1.50lak per year which was offered by top european government university with 95% fee consultation. this not an agencies ,an study promoter.only full of practical knowledge no theory.best for indians students and admissions are going on. to apply search the full details to contact them in web. the study center gives u full protection to you. on my point of view this best to me and for ur future.european countries like phillipines . Since you haven't given JEE mains so you will not get admission in top Government institutes but dont worry there are some private institutions that are doing equally good as them,you may get admission in them by scoring a good rank in their entrance examination and thereafter getting high scholarship.some of these universities are:
1.BITS
2.Lovely Professional University
3.Symbiosis
Along with good education,these also provides good platform to boost their skills .These universities provides assured placements along with high standards of education.

you can get private colleges which are established in nearly every city they may even take u if you have just passed in boards and not given jee mains the money matters the most at this marks
