To pursue BTech in Singapore, you need to keep a budget between INR 11.00 Lakhs to INR 38.59 Lakhs per year. If you are lucky to secure you admission in NUS or NTU then tuition fee will be less in comparison of other universities:

In Singapore:
1) National University of Singapore
2) Nanyang Technical University are the best universities for engineering. You can apply to this university in March. You have to take SAT and SAT subject test if you are not a CBSE student. You can also take a English proficiency test for it.

Hi Madhur,
NUS and NTU in Singapore are two of the best and top ranking universities in Asia and globally. Admissions are selective but to be more specific with the requirements you should have mentioned your department and level of programme if you are applying for a Bachelor degree or master degree in engineering. The fee structure accordingly varies, overall the tuition fee is not much but living expenses are high. The fee also depends on the GST rate and the Ministry of Education requirements. These are same. No difference is there. M.Tech is a new nomenclature than ME. ME was newer than M.Sc (engineering). It is still used in some countries. I think in India, I think it's been a long time these degrees like B.Sc or M.Sc in engineering were awarded. AMU JMI, Bhagalpur College of Engineering, etc used to award this. Many countries award BS or MS. There is no problem. Good luck!

At an undergraduate level, you need to have a good academic record and also, finance to sustain abroad for three years. At PG level too, academics plays an important role but finance takes a little back seat.
