Hello Bibek,
There are different rating agencies in the country and they rate colleges as per their criteria. These criteria are not identical and hence the list prepared by them also sees ups and downs between different colleges. I am attaching a link that will give you the list of top civil engineering colleges in Bangalore with the information about ranking by these three independent ranking agencies so that you can take an informed decision. https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/ranking/top-civil-engineering-colleges-in-Bangalore/53-2-0-278-0
Best wishes to you.

Hello Kanishka,
From this year onwards, NTA the agency conducting the exam of JEE Mains, will be declaring results in percentile form and the AIR will be given only after second set of exam results are announced in April or May. Till then nobody can predict how things will move. Roughly about 3lakh students will be allowed to sit for JEE Advanced the exam which will determine the admission to IIT. Hence, patience till then. Best wishes to you.

Large number of students are desirous of getting Admission in IIT or NIT. A way out needs to be designed to select those students who have a reasonable chance of getting admission in either IIT's or NIT's or CFTI's. Hence a certain number of students only are allowed to appear for JEE Advanced or seek admission in NIT's, based on their marks or percentile in JEE Mains. This figure above which only students are allowed to proceed to next stage is called as cutoff. I hope you have understood. Best wishes to

Given below is the list of Top engineering colleges in South India 2019. South India can be well called the capital of engineering education in India. Computer Science Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering and Mechanical engineering are most preferred streams of study along with other non-conventional streams. Admission depends upon the procedure followed by the college. In some cases, the institution conducts an entrance test while in others admission is conducted on the basis of merit in qualifying exam.
