If we look at the pattern of counselling for engineering colleges, Computer Science is the most demanding course. If you look at the placement scenarios, Computer Science branch grabs the higher packages. So, the trend is with Computer Science.

Plastic engineering is about the generation of new plastic polymers, like substance quality and nature controlling molding, etc. To suit needs of construction, etc. It is good if done from IIT but nut better than CSE. Plastic engineering can have a rising scope as plastic has become the most widely used material.

Hello Shyam,
You cannot get the admission in NITs. 75% marks in 10+2 or coming under the top 20 percentile, Computer Science and Engineering cutoff 2019 is 13638 and for Electronics and Communication Engineering (4 Years, Bachelor of Technology), it is 20697.

The eligibility criteria of IIM-A for PGP programme is a Bachelor degree with minimum 50% of marks for general and 45% for reserved categories from a recognised University. Selection process : The selection of the candidates for admission in PGP programme at IIMA is a two-step process. The candidates are short-listed for Analytical Writing Test (AWT) and Personal Interview (PI) from among the candidates who have a valid CAT score.
